First GDC foul

Whipped by the conference center earlier today. We’d had our first error – we printed our banners 10×30 instead of 30×10. That’s in feet. Yup, that’s a problem, as the ceilings are only 27 feet high. Oops! Fortunately the kind folks at GDC found a great place to hang the banners, in the center of the escalator wells, where the clearance is 40 feet. Whew! Crisis averted.
Ran into a lot of people who are already in town for the show. Yay!
On the walk back I saw a pick-up truck that had been completely covered in leopard-skin fur. Excellent. 🙂
